Hello Students/Parents–

Welcome back from Spring Break. Can you believe there’s only 8 weeks of school left in this school year? Wow–did this one go quickly! You should all have received our lesson calendar at the beginning of the school year and/or when you began lessons. Please note that we finish our “school year” schedule the week ending May 25. We will then be closed for lessons the week which includes Memorial Day, May 27. We will begin our Summer Lesson schedule the week of June 2nd. Please watch our website and Instagram/Facebook pages for our Summer Lesson schedule. We always do our utmost to accommodate everyone’s schedule, but please grab your day/time as soon as possible. We will also send a note with the Summer lesson schedule home with younger students, so please keep an eye on their folders. If you know already that your student(s) will be taking the summer off of lessons, please let us know.

One more thing–due to renovations to the high school auditorium, the annual Spring Musical will be held in the Fall of 2024. Therefore, we do not feel it would work out very well, as so many of our students are involved in Munster Theatre Company, to try to have our annual Recital in the Fall as we usually do. It would be nice to have one in early June, however, if not enough students are interested in a Spring/Summer Recital, we can postpone it until Winter 2025. Please let us know your thoughts on a possible early June 2024 Recital. Thank you to all who have been recommending us to friends. We have several new students and a few on the waiting list due to you! We are looking forward to “singing and playing our way into Spring”!
